Here is one of her family favorite recipes, enjoy!
1 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs1 1/2 tsp Vanilla (optional)
2 1/4 Cups Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 Cups Fresh/Frozen CranberriesSoften cream cheese and butter together, cream in sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients and fold in berries. Bake in muffin pan until golden brown @ 350 for about 20 minute.
