Hot Cross Buns

Since Easter is at our doorsteps, I thought it would only be appropriate to post a great Easter Recipe Special! Enjoy!

Ingredients
3/8 cup Milk
3/8 cup Water
1 Egg
1 tsp Salt
1/3 cup White Sugar
4 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Orange Peel
3 cups Flour
1 1/2 tsp Breadmaker Yeast
1/2 cup Raisins
Icing
3/4 cup Convection Sugar
1 tbsp Milk

Directions
Place milk, water, egg, salt, sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange, flour, yeast and raisins in breadmaker pan. Select 'Dough' setting and start.
Form into 15 rolls, place onto greased 13x9 inch pan. Let rise 1 hour.
Bake 375F for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
Make icing and drizzle over buns in cross shape.

Cheesy Potato Muffins


Ingredients:
2 cups Flour
1/4 cup Sugar
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 cup Cold Mashed Potatos
1 cup Shredded Cheese
1/3 cup Buttered (melted)
Parsley

Directions:
In large bowl mix dry ingredients, in seperate bowl mix wet ingredients. Put together in bowl, mix and spoon into muffin pan. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes
